Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: I am looking for a particular style/color of crystal, do you have it?
A: If you don't see what you're looking for, contact us as we get new items in on a regular basis, and sometimes have other items in stock which may not be displayed on our website.
Q: I have an idea for a lighting design, can you make it for me?
A: Yes, we usually can design something quite similar to what you may have in mind. Feel free to contact one of our lighting designers and they will be happy to assist you.
Q: I just love some of the lighting designs I've seen on your website, but they are all sold, can you reproduce one of them for me?
A: That would depend upon whether the materials used were unique and hard-to-find or not. Please contact us and give us the items number(s) and we can tell you if we can or not. We stock hundreds of unique lighting parts and can create many styles of lighting to suit your taste.
Q: I own a store and would like to sell your items...do you sell wholesale?
A: Yes! We offer excellent pricing for our crystals in our tier 2 and tier 3 quantity pricing breaks for our resellers. However, since our lighting is unique and quite labor intensive to make we cannot offer more than a 20% discount for wholesale. A valid resale number is required for our lighting discounts. No resale number is required for our crystal discounts, unless you reside in British Columbia and would like to be PST exempt.
